Pre-registering online allows attendees to skip the box office line and registration counter to significantly cut down on wait times to enter the show. Pre-registered attendees get will have a separate check-in line to print and receive their badge. Being registered in advance cuts down on the environmental impact of the show as attendees will not need to fill out any forms as their information has been entered digitally. This also reduces the risk of your information being misprinted or entered incorrectly on-site. Pre-registration also gives access to the events newsletter to stay informed on exciting updates and information leading up to the event. TIP: These newsletters often include promotions for free registration to future editions, giveaways and more.
Why do I need a badge?
Badges act as a nametag and feature an individual QR code with your information for company to scan and contact you after the show. Badges act as your 'ticket' into the event.
What will my information be used for?
Your information may be used by exhibiting companies to contact you after the show. Trade shows are designed to be a networking opportunity so, exhibitors may ask to scan your badge to obtain your information, so they may contact you post-event. Master Promotions Ltd. will NEVER distribute information to third parties. All information is securely stored.
Can I use my badge to return every show day?
Yes! Badges are good for entry each day of the event. You only need to register once.
Do I have to attend with a company or can I register independantly?
Come one, come all! We invite all interested individuals to come to the show. You may choose to leave the company column blank on the registration form.
Do kids have to register?
The registration age is 18 years old. Unemployed youth do not have to register to attend, they may enter free of charge with an adult companion and will not require a badge.
I am pre-registered. Do I have to bring anything with me to the show?
We ask that you please bring a copy of your registration confirmation with you, email or printed version preferred.
